    The cake was excellent! I made the “cookie dough bread” cake here: http://pinterest.com/racheljay/nye-2012-ideas/ But instead of cookie dough ice cream I used salted caramel ice cream, and then topped it with caramel made from sweetened condensed milk. It was a big hit!

    It was great! A little rushed to get everything done because of the engagement, but I’m totally ok with that!
