Water Bottle – TOTALLY – you just reminded me of something very important – hydration

Exactly! For YEARS I’d sit and drink soda, and could make a can last a whole day. I’ve been trying really hard to drink at least 2 water bottles full a day, if not more, on top of any caffeine I have. I’ve found those single serve packets of tea or juice help a lot, but do still try to do one of plain water. And on days I do manage to get down 2 or 3 full water bottles, I feel way better–more awake for sure. Plus, they say it’s better to get up and walk around more, and that sitting for longer than 3 hours is bad for you, so extra trips to the bathroom are doubly good LOL!

You can never go wrong with flats and a cardigan at work. I also like the idea of not just having a coffee mug, but an interesting coffee mug. Seems like a good conversation starter and decorative piece.

It also makes it easier to identify if someone steals “borrows” it. Lost my first coffee mug to someone who stole it from the dishwasher (it was $1 at Walmart, so I wasn’t heartbroken over it) and later got one from the ASPCA. A friend of mine went to the Kennedy Space Center and brought me back a mug with my name on it, and now that’s my mug 🙂 Makes me less worried about leaving it in the dishwasher, or even the cabinets in the kitchen.
